Property agency Lisney has made three promotions to its senior team at its Belfast office.

Andrew Gawley has been promoted to Director while Patricia News becomes Associate Director and Lynn Taylor has moved to a Senior Surveyor role.

Declan Flynn, Managing Director at Lisney in Northern Ireland commented: "As with all service-based industries, our people are our greatest asset as they continually add value to the Lisney proposition and as a result, have made us the go-to agency for investors and vendors across Northern Ireland and beyond.

"It is a pleasure therefore to announce these three new promotions. In Andrew, Patricia and Lynn, we are fortunate to have some of the brightest and forward-thinking talent in the sector within our agency.

"The appointments greatly enhance the breadth and diversity of our senior team and I look forward to the benefits they will bring to Lisney and our clients."

Andrew Gawley, who joined Lisney in 2004 and was made Associate Director in 2010, works in the firm’s Office and Industrial team where he has been responsible for some of the most notable transactions locally in recent years.

Based in the Property Management department, Patricia News moved to Lisney in 2011 and is responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties including retail, office and leisure schemes.

Lynn Taylor, who joined Lisney in 2015, is Chairperson of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Matrics – which supports young members of the body - and was last year named Northern Ireland’s Young Surveyor of the Year.
