Valve Replacement Underway On Drogheda Water Network

Work is underway in Drogheda, Co Louth, to replace a valve in the water network.

Supply interruptions may occur between 8.30am and 5.00pm today, 09 January, while the work is carried out.

A number of areas will be affected, including: College Rise; Mount Sandford; Beaulieu View; Harmony Heights; Termonfeckin Road (from Viaduct Bridge to entrance Termonabbey) and the Cairns Dublin Road.

Once complete, the work will improve existing water pressure issues experienced in these areas.

Irish Water and Louth County Council are delivering the work.
