Two social housing developments have been approved in Co Clare.
Martin's Construction will deliver 18 homes in Quilty, along with upgrades to the existing access road and landscaping to the adjoining Seaview Park Housing development.
The properties will comprise a mix of two-bed, three-bed and four-bed units in a range of single and two storey houses.
K&D Whelan Construction has also signed a contract for an eight-home development in Roslevan. They will include a range of two-bed, three-bed and four-bed units in single or two storey houses.
Both projects are being funded by the Department of Housing, Planning & Local Government under the Rebuilding Ireland Programme.
They will commence work in April, with the Roslevan project delivered across 12 months and the Quilty works to be completed over a 16-month period.
