Preferred Bidder Announced For Housing Land Initiative Site In Dublin

Glenveagh Living and Glenveagh Homes (joint venture) have been announced as the preferred bidder for the Oscar Traynor Road, Housing Land Initiative site.

The announcement was made by Dublin City Council.

The Oscar Traynor Road site is a 17-hectare site situated on the junction of the M1, port tunnel and Oscar Traynor Road.

More details will be released after the presentation by the successful bidder to the North Central Area Committee on 21 September.
