CITB NI To Hold Concrete Handling Workshop

CITB NI, in partnership with MPA NI and Concrete Society, is set to hold a Concrete Handling Workshop for Construction Site Supervisors.

This free course is aimed at upskilling the construction workforce in concrete practice and handling.

The event is being held on two dates, Wednesday 8 May and Wednesday 18 September 2024 between 9.30am and 4.00pm.

This workshop which is being at CITB NI's, Nutts Corner Training Centre, will include a range of presentations from industry professionals. Covering aspects such as health and safety, concrete production, cement types and application, placing compacting finishing, defects and cracking, specification and testing as well as a talk on aggregates, admixtures and fibres. A practical session and a Q&A session will be held at the end of the workshop.
