Pedestrian Crossing Proposed For Monaghan

Plans of a proposed scheme for the installation of a new pedestrian crossing in East Magheracloone, County Monaghan, have been unveiled.

Along with the installation of the crossing on the L-4901 at Drumgossat/Knocknacran, the scheme also consists of the associated pathway works, the installation of additional street lighting and Belisha beacons, and all associated site works.

The purpose of the scheme is to provide traffic calming measures in the interest of the safety and convenience of road users.
