Successful End To Farrans ELP Journey For Latest Cohorts

The latest cohorts of Northern Ireland construction firm Farrans' Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) have successfully completed their ten-month journey.

The ELP is designed to empower technically talented people to become confident, agile leaders in a complex and fast-paced construction industry.

To round off the latest version of the ELP, 22 future leaders of Farrans wrapped up their programme with inspiring presentations to the company's senior leadership team, sharing their growth, learning and future ambitions.

This news follows the announcement that Farrans' ELP has been shortlisted for Best Leadership Development Initiative at the Learning & Development Institute Ireland Awards this September.
