Lisburn-headquartered McAvoy has been awarded a place on the £265m LHC Modular Buildings (MB3) Framework, covering all four workstreams.
This includes the design, manufacture and installation of permanent modular buildings for education, offices and community use; delivery of healthcare facilities; supply of temporary modular buildings for hire; and provision of refurbished modular units.
This is McAvoy's third consecutive term on the LHC modular framework, reflecting its established capability in delivering modular construction projects for the public sector. Previous projects delivered under earlier frameworks include Kelmscott School, Lister Community School, and the North Birkbeck Family Resilience and High Needs Centre. These demonstrate McAvoy's ability to meet demanding programme schedules and quality standards, while minimising disruption to end users.
The framework is open to public sector organisations across Great Britain, including local authorities, NHS Trusts, government departments, and the Ministry of Defence. It provides a direct route to procure modular solutions, with McAvoy qualified to deliver a broad range of projects from community buildings to complex healthcare facilities.
Stephen Clayton, Preconstruction Director at McAvoy, commented: "Securing a place on all four workstreams across all regions of LHC MB3 is a fantastic achievement and a clear endorsement of our commitment to quality, innovation and customer service. We’re proud to be recognised as a trusted delivery partner for public sector clients—bringing certainty, sustainability and modern methods of construction to the heart of every project."
