County Tyrone-based Bell Contracts has successfully delivered a major refurbishment and upgrade programme at Carrickfergus Academy.

Works at the County Antrim-located school included:

• A full demolition and soft strip-out;

• New roofing and blockwork with structural steel installations;

• Extensive M&E upgrades and commissioning;

• Brand new windows, joinery, doors and screens;

• Fresh wall, ceiling, and floor finishes with full decoration; and

• Installation of fitted furniture for Technology classrooms.

Discussing the works, a statement from Bell Contracts said: "This project has transformed the facilities for staff and students, creating a modern, high-quality learning environment that will stand the test of time.

"A big thank you to our team and project partners for their dedication in bringing this scheme to life!"
