Two men have died and another has been injured after two lorries collided on the A5 between Omagh and Newtownstewart yesterday.
The crash happened close to the Mellon Country Inn at 1530 GMT on Thursday.
Shane Caldwell, 20, from Strabane died along with 26-year-old Zoltan Szabo, who had been living in Sion Mills.
Mr Caldwell was the driver of one lorry and Mr Szabo was a passenger in the other vehicle.
The driver of the second lorry is in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Tommy Blee from the Ambulance Service attended the crash: "It was a harrowing scene. The A5 is a notorious piece of road which has claimed another two lives," he said.
The road is due to be upgraded to a dual carriageway as part of a massive £400m road improvement scheme in the north west being funded by the Irish government.
