An army bomb disposal team has been called to the site where Cork's tallest building is being constructed, after a suspicious device was found.
Workers at The Elysian Tower site in Cork city centre were evacuated after an old artillery shell was uncovered.
It is understood the device - which is not thought to be planted deliberately - was discovered in topsoil.
The soil was brought to the site from Murphy Barracks at Ballindollig in Co Cork.
