Construction Starts On Pelican House Scheme

Works have commenced at the site of Pelican House, Dublin Aiport Logistics Park.

Plans to construct a warehouse and office facilities at Unit 8 are underway, Walls Construction said in a statement.

The scheme is being built for Rohan Holdings Ltd within its Dublin Airport Logistics Park development site, the end user of which will be DHL.

With a project completion date of December 2009, Walls Construction have put in place the same site team that successfully completed the adjacent substantial DHL facility which was handed over in June 2007.
